Shipping policy

We use tracked shipping via NZPost for smaller items. It will depend on the season and weather as to how long this can take. We will never guarantee overnight shipping as they can't either.

You will be sent a tracking number once your item has been sent.

If you have purchased bigger items, these are preferred to be picked up but we can ship them at your expense. Once big items have been shipped, we are not responsible or liable for damages in transit, but we will work with you as best we can to come to a great outcome!
