Terms of service
If a custom order has been created, a 50% non refundable deposit is required before work starts and full payment is required before sending/picking up. If you change your mind mid work, the deposit will be retained by us to cover cost or materials/design/work so far.
We will communicate over the course of the creation process to make sure you are happy with the work being created and images/videos will be sent on completion. If after you have been happy in the course of our communications and you're are not happy with the final, in person product, there will be no refund issued.
If the scope of work changes from what was first initially quoted, the price may change and is at our discretion to do so.
All designs are our property and will be kept within our business to use as we see fit. We also reserve the right to use images of WIP/finished pieces for our Social media etc. We can discuss pause times on this to prevent surprises being ruined.
Our recommendations for cleaning and maintenance will come with larger pieces. For jewellery items, remove when washing, using chemicals and completing work that could cause damage to your piece. You're essentially responsible to keep it looking shiny and new so using common sense is really helpful here.
